 1. ORDERS.

 

  1. Initial order minimum: Pinna Racks: 3 units at designer pricing, 6 for wholesale and 24 for stocking dealer pricing. Clubs Tabletop recks - 18 units
  2. Prices FOB Atlanta.
  3. Container orders: please contact us for pricing and lead times. 30% of order cost will be collected with confirmation.  Balance must be paid prior to delivery.

 2. PAYMENTS METHODS.

Orders must be pre-paid (Visa, Master Cards, American Express). Credit cards are not charged until the day your order ships.

Returned Checks: A bank transaction fee of $30 will be charged for each check returned unpaid from the bank.

 3. DELIVERY.

a. Freight shipments are shipped to commercial delivery locations only and cannot be shipped to residential locations.

b. Orders ship FOB via common carriers or UPS, unless otherwise specified.

Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made with the delivery carrier.

c. Freight orders are shipped via common carrier on a pallet and are curb-side deliveries. Please let us know if you want to order a lift gate for delivery of larger items. The fee for a lift gate is $160. The fee for a delivery appointment is $25.

d. Returned product or refusal of a shipment will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

 4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.  

NOTE: WVI MAY NOT REPLACE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE  PRODUCTS FREE OF COST TO THE CUSTOMER IF THE  FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED:

  1. Thoroughly inspect the entire shipment upon receipt.
  2. Save all packing until order is resolved.
  3. Call our Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of products to report a damaged or defective products and to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  4. If the product arrives damaged:
    1. Note the damage in writing on the delivery’s bill of lading.
    2. WVI is NOT responsible for replacing damaged product if damages are not written on the bill of lading and not reported within 5 days of receipt of product.
    3. Damaged or defective products to be returned to WVI must be properly packed and ready for pick-up within 14 days of receipt. Customers arellowed ONE free pick-up of defective product-the pick-up date is set by the customer. 
    4. If the product is not ready at pick up time, a $75 pick up fee charged by the freight company will be assessed.WVI will send a replacement product upon return of defective product to WVI.
  1. If a product replacement is required by the customer prior to the return of the defective or damaged product to WVI, the customer must return the defective or damaged product within 14 days of receipt of the product replacement or the customer will be invoiced for the product replacement.
  2. Merchandise that is returned without an authorization number will not be accepted or credited.

  5. WVI reserves the right to refuse any order. All sales are final.
